My Top 3 Dining in Animal Kingdom

Image
Hey everyone! Today's post is about my top 3 favorite places to eat in the animal kingdom theme park at Walt Disney World. I have not eaten at every location here, so if one of your favs isn't on this list it may be because I haven't eaten there. And for the record, I am not a fan of Rainforest Cafe. I have come to realize I haven't eaten at very many places at this park, so this list will only feature 3 places as the few others aren't worthy in my opinion. 1. Yak and Yeti. This is one of the best table service restaurants on property and the best part is you can go inside to the bar and order food from here to go if you couldn't snag a reservation. It's much better than the local food cafes outside.  2. Satu'li Canteen. The best quick service I have tried so far in this park (I have not eaten at Flame Tree BBQ) The food is very well themed but still familiar to you! 3. Pongu Pongu. While this place doesn't have much on the food front, it is still

My Top 5 Attractions in Animal Kingdom

Image
Hey everyone! For today's post I am moving on to the next theme park, Animal Kingdom. It is one of the best parks but not quote my favorite. If it wasn't for the new pandora area and Everest, I don't think this park would be very high and honestly it is at number 3 on my ranking of the 4 parks. Anyway, let's get on with it. 1. Flight of Passage. This is hands down one of the greatest rides on Walt Disney World property. It makes you feel like your flying (kinda like soarin) but on a banshee through the land of pandora and its amazing! 2. Expedition Everest. A roller coaster through the iconic Mount Everest with a yeti on the loose makes for an amazing thrill ride! It goes backwards too. 3. Kilimanjaro Safari. Its a must do for every trip, you never know what animals you'll see or what they'll be doing 4. Rafiki's Planet Watch. This is one of the most underrated areas in the park. You hop on the wildlife express train to an area in the back of the park. It

My Top 5 Dining in Epcot

Image
Hey everyone, for today's post I will be discussing my top 5 dining spots in Epcot Park. This list will not include festival booths as that's a separate list and I haven't been to all of them. I also have not been able to eat at every location as there are so many and festivals as well, so please don't get mad if one of your favs isn't on here. I am also not including places with only drinks. 1. Les Halles Boulangerie-Pâtisserie. This is the bakery located in the France pavilion and boy is it full of delicious treats. Every time I come here I get the beignet and try a new treat that's really fun! 2. L'Artisan des Glaces. Also in the France pavilion is this ice cream shop with great ice cream. This is where you find the brioche ice cream sandwich, and I like the macaron ice cream sandwich. 3. Kringla Bakeri og Kafe. The bakery over in Norway is a great stop too especially if you can get the troll horn which is better than the School bread. I have heard its n

My Top 5 Attractions in Epcot

Image
Hey everyone! For today's blog post I will be discussing my top 5 attractions in Epcot park over at Walt Disney World! It doesn't have a ton of attractions but it definatly has some great options! Please note I have not been to Disney   World since before the opening of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, so it's not that it didn't make the  list, I just haven't ridden it. I also didn't get a chance to ride the Ratatouille ride. 1. Soarin. I love this ride! It makes you feel like you're flying all over the world and I love that it pumps smells in different spots when appropriate too. Its such a fun ride and you should definitely check it out! 2. Test Track. This is one of the fastest disney rides ever and it's a lot of fun. Its basically a ride through of different tests for a car before a speed test! 3. Gran Fiesta Tour. It's just a boat ride through the Mexico pavilion themed after the Three Caballeros movie with Donald Duck. Its really cute a

My Top 5 Dining Spots in Hollywood Studios

Image
Hey everyone here's another one on Hollywood Studios! Today I am going through my favorite dining spots in Hollywood Studios. I would do Quick Service and Table Service but since there are so many changes over the last few years and I haven't really eaten at many table service spots so I am going to do one list! 1. Ronto Roasters. This is literally the best stop for breakfast or lunch in the parks and its offerings are not found anywhere else. The infamous Ronto Wraps are amazing and I can't wait to have another one. 2. 50's Prime Time. One of my fav table service spots on property! It's got delicious food and great theming. It's like you're in a kitchen in the 50s and your waiters are your cousins! They have rules too like don't put your elbows on the table. 3.Kat Saka Kettle. Best popcorn on property and now they have the cold brew black caf! 4. Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo. A good quick service spot themed in Star Wars but with pretty standard food

My Top 5 Attractions in Hollywood Studios

Image
Hey everyone! For today's blog post I am going to break down my top 5 attractions in Hollywood Studios Park at Walt Disney World. It is one of my favorite parks and I will continue to do other top 5 posts this week as well!  Then, continue on doing the rest of the parks. 1. Star Wars: Rise of the resistance. This is one of the best rides in the park and I take no arguments. It has 3 different ride styles in one and is extremely immersive! I can't wait to ride it again! 2. Rock n Roller Coaster. Probably the absolute classic for me. It's a roller coaster indoors with Aerosmith playing! I always love to pose for the photo op too! 3.Slinky Dog Dash. This ride is actually so much fun! It seems like a kid coaster because it doesn't flip but it's still so much fun. And it's got a great length too! 4. Toy Story Mania. It's like a carnival game but a ride through and 3D! Its so much fun but definitely a work out! 5. Millennium Falcon: Smuggler's Run. How can I

Pandora The World of Avatar Guide

Image
Pandora is an intricately designed land located in Animal Kingdom at the Walt Disney World Resort. It is inspired by the movie Avatar with nods to the upcoming and new movies in the franchise. It has 2 rides, 2 quick service restaurants, a gift shop, and all kinds of plant life specific to the land including the iconic floating mountains. One of 2 rides is Flight of Passage. It's a motion simulation ride where you connect to a banshee on a motorcycle style seat. It makes you feel like you're flying through pandora with added effects like sprays of water. The other ride in the land is Na'Vi River Journey. It's a small boat dark ride that rides through the waters of Pandora. It also has one of the most expensive animatronics ever made and it's a beautiful sight to see! The quick service eating spots are also very in-land designed all the way down to the menu. While the eats are familiar, they are designed in a way to feel like they're from another planet being p

2021 Trip: Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party

Image
Hey everyone! Today's post is about my final day on my WDW trip back in 2021! Since we did so much of what we wanted to do on our other magic kingdom day, we took it slower! I started the day by eating some leftovers of overnight oats I had gotten on a previous day for breakfast. Then, we got dressed and headed to Magic Kingdom. After getting off the bus and through security, we went to the monorail to explore the resorts. We started with the Grand Floridian where we checked out the gift shop, the huge gingerbread house display, and just took it all in. After we were done with the Grand Floridian, we went to the Polynesian resort where we mobile ordered some food for lunch. As much as I love the poly, their quick service spot mobile orders take forever so definitely order when you leave to go there, and seating is limited inside and since it was raining we couldn't sit outside so we saved a spot we found elsewhere in the hotel. I do wanna note that Kona Cafe now has mobile or

2021 Trip: Hollywood Studios Day

Image
Hey everyone! Here is another recap from my 2021 trip! This is day 5 of the disney portion of the trip: Hollywood Studios! We started our day in Galaxy's Edge attempting to ride Rise of Resistance but the line was too long so we went and did Millennium Falcon instead. After, that we rode Toy Story Mania and then some of us went back to Galaxy's Edge for Breakfast. I got the Ronto Morning Wrap and it was good. The bread is very dry and I did get a little sick from eating it and I needed a coke but great otherwise.  After Breakfast, we went to Rock n Roller Coaster to ride single rider and after our group kinda split a little. Some rode tower of terror and some went to Starbucks. I waited a while for those and we went to the lightning McQueen racing academy to see that! Then I went to get lunch back in Galaxy's Edge! I went to docking bay 7 to get the Ithorian pasta rings which was a kids meal of basically spaghetti and broccoli on the side.  After lunch, I did some explori

2021 Trip: Break Day Recap

Image
Hey everyone! In the middle of our trip we took a bit of a break day, but not really lol. I spent the morning after having breakfast at our resort exploring the one right across from ours: Art of Animation. Yeah that's right we were staying at Pop Century. Art of Animation is quite a cute resort too with the theming being after Disney movies: The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, Cars, and Finding Nemo. I mainly saw the little mermaid and cars areas because this is quite a big resort! After checking it out I headed back to the room, grabbed my stuff and went to Disney Springs! Once arriving in Disney Springs, we took a quick picture with the christmas tree and went to sprinkles. I got the sprinkles sundae which is my favorite thing to get. Its ice cream stuffed between a cupcake and I chose red velvet for both options. It's absolutely phenomenal! Then we went to World of Disney I shopped for quite a while and used the mobile check out, I decided to explore Disney Springs until I

Animal Kingdom Day Recap!

Image
The 3rd day on our trip was to the ever popular Animal Kingdom! It's definitely an underrated park in my opinion. I had a great day here full of lots of fun and crazy. Read on to see what I did while I explored the theme park! We got there as early as possible and headed straight to flight of passage. If the line here is long don't be fooled, this is one of the rides on property that holds a lot of people so it does move fast! I took pictures and played the game on the play Disney Parks app which was kinda hard since I moved through so quickly. When we got off, we grabbed breakfast from the pongu pongu stand right outside the gift shop. They have a really good breakfast sandwich there! After Breakfast, we rode the safari where we saw tons of animals! On our way there I stopped for pressed pennies because I love collecting them. In case you don't know they cost a dollar now so be prepared accordingly. Then we did Expedition Everest, which was so fun as always! I stopped aft

2021 Trip Day 2: Magic Kingdom Recap

Image
Hey everyone! I didn't make this post yesterday, but I am making it today so let's get into it. Our second day on this trip was spent in the magic kingdom but it wasn't our only day in this park. I don't remember everything but I'll try! Read on to see what I did in the Magic Kingdom We started the day by heading straight to Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, it gets a long line and we of course love to ride, but it had a long line so we got a genie+ reservation for it and went on to Tomorrowland. After that, we got some breakfast! I got the Cheshire Cat tail and the all mixed up slushy from the Cheshire cafe stand. It's pretty good but definitely too sweet for breakfast. Then we rode Seven Dwarfs finally and then made our way on to Frontierland. We rode a few rides like Big Thunder and Pirates. I decided to do the Pirates adventure game and got a dole whip to enjoy while doing so! Later, I rode the Liberty Square Riverboat, caught a calvacade and we had a late lunch re

My Epcot Day recap!

Image
I recently uploaded a reel showing a recap of my day at Epcot back in 2021! It was quite a fun day but I didn't take pictures and video everything. So here is the full recap of my day at Epcot! I started my day by getting ready in my room which was at Pop Century. Epcot opens later than the other parks so I was able to take it slow today. After I got ready, I went to the food court to get breakfast which was mickey waffles of course! It's a must have every time I go to Disney! Then I headed back to the room to get my stuff and head to the skyliner to go to Epcot!  When we arrived in Epcot, our plan was to head straight to Test Track since we got a genie+ lane for Soarin later in the day. The wait was already 40 minutes so we opted for single rider. After getting off that, we grabbed some treats from the donut stand for festival of the holidays, took some pics (that I don't have), and decided to just go to the world showcase.  We started in Mexico, I got a margarita which m

7 Must Bring Items to Walt Disney World

Image
Disney Theme Parks aren't like typical vacation spots. They are hard work! You don't go to Disney to play around. It takes a lot to get everything done from planning, genie plus lightning lanes, and walking. And I mean a lot of walking. I have gathered up a list here of the must bring items that are essential to a trip to these theme parks. I use every single one every time I have gone to Disney! Please note some of the links may be affiliate! 1. Water Bottle. This is my new favorite water bottle and I will be bringing it to the theme parks! I got it from Shein here and it comes with a cover that had a strap so I can wear it! You have to be drinking water in the parks! It is one of the most crucial things in your day to day life, and if it's 90 degrees in Florida, you're going to be dying for it. 2.  Portable Charger. My personal favorite portable charger for Disney is the Fuelrod Charger! It can be purchased at kiosks or on amazon (which is the better deal). In the
